The device first uses the suction of a high-pressure centrifugal fan to press the dusty gas into a tank with a certain height of water. After uniform distribution, the gas flows from the bottom to the top, while the high-pressure sprinkler is sprayed with water mist from the top down to collect the remaining dust particles, and the filtration efficiency can reach over 85% .


The wet dedusting equipment can remove the dust particles of the dust-containing gas, as well as the water vapor in the gas and some poisonous and harmful gas pollutants. Therefore, the wet collector can not only dedusting but also treating the gas.

 

It has the advantages of simple structure, small floor area, convenient operation and maintenance, and high purification efficiency. It has high efficiency for purifying high specific resistance, high humidity, high temperature, flammable and explosive dust gas, which minimize the possibility of fire and explosion. The air quality in the workshop has been greatly improved.

Our wheel forging, rolling and compaction assembly line has created a precedent for ordinary electric single-beam bridge cranes in China to use this process wheel, which not only improves the production efficiency but also greatly improves the products quality and appearance. Compared with the casting process, thermal energy loss is reduced by 50%, energy utilization is increased by 40%, and energy saving and emission reduction production is realized.
