The column jib crane 

The column jib crane is also known as: pillar jib crane, vertical column type suspension crane, column slewing crane, fixed column type suspension crane. It is a new generation of light-duty hoisting equipment for modern production. This article introduces the column jib crane.

The column jib crane has the advantages of novel structure, reasonable, simple, convenient operation, flexible rotation, large operating space, etc. It is an energy-saving and efficient material hoisting equipment. It can be widely used in factories, mines, workshop production lines, assembly lines and machine tools up and down and warehouse, wharf and other occasions heavy lifting.

The column jib crane is composed of a column device, a rotary device, a rotary arm device and a chain electric hoist. It mainly consists of an upper column, a lower column, a main beam, a main beam tie rod, a lifting mechanism, a rotary mechanism, an electrical system, a climbing ladder and a maintenance platform.

The lower end of the column is fixed on the foundation of the concrete, and the revolving arm is turned to rotate according to user's needs. The rotary part is divided into manual rotary and electric rotary. The chain hoist is installed on the rotary arm rail, used for lifting heavy objects.

The column jib crane operates through the flashlight door button. The flashlight door has eight buttons, which control the fast rising, the fast falling, the slow rising, the slow falling, the left and right turning, and the horizontal front and back walking of the hoist trolley.
